Study Of Impact Of Mining Dvelopment In Qinghai Province On Urbanization Based On Grey Comprehensive Evaluation

Qinghai Province is positioned as an important province in the strategic planning "B&R". The purpose of this study is to provide corresponding countermeasures for the development of mining and make better service to the urbanization of mining development in Qinghai Province through the research on the influence of different mining industry in the development of urbanization in Qinghai Province. Based on the theories of development and the dynamic mechanism of urbanization, using the grey comprehensive evaluation model, this paper studied the influence of development of mining industry of urbanization in Qinghai Province.First of all, this paper collected data of the basic situation of mining development in Qinghai province, Qinghai province mining can be divided into coal mining, oil and weather and washing industry black metal industry, non-ferrous metal industry and non-metallic industry. And workers, the annual output of ore, gross industrial output value and profit total four factors to describe the mining development of Qinghai province. At the same time from the proportion of urban population, science-education-culture-health development, infrastructure construction preliminary understanding the situation of urbanization in Qinghai province. On this basis, using the method of correlation analysis, studies the relationship between mining development and urbanization in Qinghai province, found that both have a high positive correlation, and the influence of different mining development factor of urbanization of dissimilarity.Secondly, the study used the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), established the index system of urbanization level in Qinghai province. Index system including economy, industry, population and science-education-culture-health, infrastructure and environment index. Correspondingly,this study gave them weights.Thirdly, using grey comprehensive evaluation model to study the different mining development factors on the impact of differences of urbanization. The study found the following results.The number of employees made the most impact in the influence of the urbanization of coal development and washing(grey correlation degree was 0.9966).Annual output of ore made the most impact in the influence of the urbanization of oil and gas exploration(grey correlation degree was 0.8768). The number of employees made the most impact in the influence of the urbanization of mining and selecting industry of ferrous metal(grey correlation degree was 0.9518).The number of employees made the most impact in the influence of the urbanization of mining and selecting industry of non-ferrous metals(grey correlation degree was 0.9397).Annual output of ore made the most impact in the influence of the urbanization of mining and selecting industry of non-metallic mineral(grey correlation degree is 0.9631).Finally, on the basis of the studies of urbanization effect of the different mining development of silver differences, Qinghai province should pay more attention to workers in the process of the development of the gross value of industrial output, rather than blindly increase profits;and should be at the same time by optimizing the techniques to improve the utilization rate of ore, weakening the role of annual output of ore in urbanization, in order to make mining industry to better promote the development of urbanization.
