Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Economic Development Quality In Qinghai Province

Since the reform and opening up,the national economy has maintained a relatively high-speed growth,and the contradictions and risks caused by it have become increasingly prominent.Improving the quality of regional economic development has become the comprehensive goal of China's economic development under the new normal.Therefore,it is proposed that the research on the quality evaluation of Qinghai Province's economic development finds out the differences in its internal development and the external gap,and it is of great practical significance to improve the quality of economic development in the future and to find the direction of development.This paper takes Qinghai Province as the research object and discusses the economic development foundation of Qinghai Province.On the basis of the existing predecessors,combined with the new development concept,the evaluation index system was objectively constructed from five aspects: economic growth effectiveness,economic growth coordination,economic environment openness,economic development innovation,and economic development sustainability.The internal and external gaps in the quality of Qinghai's economic development were analyzed.The process of economic development quality in Qinghai Province from 2000 to 2017 was studied,and the basic laws related to economic quality changes were tried.The research content mainly includes the following two parts:The first part is the evaluation and analysis of the quality of economic development in Qinghai Province.Based on the TOPSIS method of Mahalanobis distance,the comprehensive evaluation of the economic development quality of Qinghai Province from 2000 to 2017 was carried out.The results show that: 1 The quality of economic development shows a trend of slow increase,and the overall change is small.Explain that economic development is still in the stage of effective accumulation of “quantity”.2 The limiting factor for the improvement of economic quality is mainly due to the structural adjustment lag.Among them,the openness of the economic environment,thecoordination of economic growth,and the sustainability of the economy have become restrictive conditions for quality improvement,and the results are highly consistent with actual performance.The second part is an analysis of regional differences in the quality of economic development.Through horizontal comparisons between eight cities and states in the province and eleven provinces in the west.The conclusion shows that: 1 The problem of uncoordinated economic development quality in the province is outstanding.Except for the relatively sustainable economic development of Xining City and Haixi Prefecture,the“unsustainable” performance of other regions is more prominent.2 The quality of economic development in Qinghai Province in the eleven provinces and western regions is at the lowest level.In essence,in the process of insufficient endogenous motivation and lack of external strong stimulus in underdeveloped areas,the improvement of economic development quality needs to undergo a relatively slow process of change.
