A Research On The Development Of Export-oriented Economy In Hubei Province Based On The Amendatory TOPSIS Model

Hubei province is faced with the complex and varied opening-up situation.In terms of the international situation,the global trade pattern has undergone profound changes,uncertain factors affecting the development of international trade increases,which includes international markets demand still being weak,and multilateral trade negotiations developing difficultly.On the other hand,Besides traditional competitive advantages in Hubei weakened,the export-oriented economic competition between provinces and cities in center and west has been becoming fierce.As developing the Yangtze River Economic Belt,constructing “The Belt and Road”,promoting the Urban Agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River,Hubei province is playing a more important role in building an all-dimensional,high-level and wide-ranging space.Moreover,the goal of “Building a fulcrum and leading the way” in Hubei province is a new requirement for developing export-oriented economy.As a consequence,with new situation and requirement,the analysis in the present situation,problems and causes of export-oriented economy in Hubei province helps to find comparative advantages,the direction to develop export-oriented economic,which also makes for providing advice and promoting regional and national opening-up.First of all,the paper reviews the research on how to develop open economy at home and abroad,summarizes my evaluation method of export-oriented economy after learning from other's,in which we find how to promote export-oriented economy.Secondly,looking back on the export-oriented economic development in Hubei province since 1980,it analyses the present situation from the basis,scale,structure,benefits,potential in opening.Then,we conducted the comparative analysis among Hubei,Sichuan and Henan province by the quantitative model of 24 indicators in the above five areas.We finds that Hubei province has strong basis and potential in opening,also find its small scale,bad structure,poor benefit.In the end,it sums up the main problems which contains the short of the overall level in opening,small scale and poor structure of external trade and foreign investment,and analyzes the causes from the view of the location,police,market,environment and so on,which also made a judge for the basic macro and micro situation in we are facing.According to the above analysis,the basic countermeasures to promote the development of export-oriented economy in Hubei province under the new circumstances are raised in paper: in the process,we should concentrate on promoting the transformation of industries and making the foreign trade upgraded,take the opportunity of China(Hubei)Free Trade Zone,accelerate hardware and software facilities and supporting functional construction such as transportation,parks,ports,the environment,guide to improve the scale and the level of attracting and using domestic and foreign capital orderly,communicate and cooperate with domestic and foreign countries in-depth in the fields of economy,culture,tourism and services etc,to improve the overall level of opening to the outside world so as to promote export-oriented economy.
