After the reform and opening up,China's booming construction industry,construction industry increasingly fierce competition in the market,how to enhance enterprise competitiveness,how in the fierce competition in the sustainable healthy development,is the main problems facing the construction industry.With the development of economic globalization,capital and talent flow in the global scope,the competition between enterprises has been shown in talented person's competition,the quantity and quality of personnel is the core competitiveness of enterprises.Modern construction enterprises use project management mode to organize production,organize the project team to manage the daily construction,and how to form an efficient project team is the key to the overall goal of the construction enterprises.Team building and management of the construction industry in China started late,less experience,on the basis of western successful experience,combining the reality of China's construction industry to form a certain problems in the operation management of project teams.Project team construction and management lacks conforms to the situation of our country's advanced theoretical guidance,the construction of the project team of the construction of the temporary and developmental not conducive to the development of the team,the team more post division of labor determines the management difficulty is big,poor construction project general environment is also to a certain extent,reduce the enthusiasm of the team members work,etc.Project team construction and management directly affect the construction project quality,cost,schedule,safety,such as goals,summarizes theproject team construction and management of advanced theory,explore the effective practices has very important significance.This paper focuses on the construction and management of project S project team of H project as the research content,tries to improve the problems existing in the team construction and management,and truly plays a helpful role in the team management.The study consists of five parts: the first part introduces the research background,significance,literature review and structure arrangement of this paper.In the second part,the author summarizes the team theory,goal theory,organization theory and incentive theory related to this research,and gives the guidance for the construction and management of construction project teams.The third part summarizes the organizational structure,characteristics,principles,systems and methods of the S project team,analyzes the current situation and existing problems,and gives the reasons for the problems.The fourth part is the core part of this paper,we give S project team construction and management strategy of improving problem,from the team construction and management goals,team members responsibilities and tasks tumble,communication and coordination mechanism,establishing incentive mechanism,implementing economic responsibility system,implementation,training to strengthen the construction of a learning team,and the culture shape point of view,the full implementation of improvement measures such as S project as expected delivery;In the fifth part,the paper summarizes the full text,and puts forward the prospect of H company to build and manage the team,and hopes to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises through efficient team construction and management.
