The competetion for the market of the building operations is gradually fierce. The fierce market makes the company reset for the inefficiency process of the management to accelerate the reflective rate. On this occasion, assembling a group of staffs who have professional knowledge, skills, ambition, creative ideas and the coorpertive spirit is the most effective way. How to build a team which can deal with the projects effectively has become the main part of the management.To base on it, I hope to show the common essentials seeking for the construction of the team work, and sum up the ways of the management to let the company utilize according to my research.In this paper, there are six sections all together. The research problem and the existing circumstances for the enterprise developing rapidly and compete hotly are shown in the first section. In the second section, analyzing and studying the theories which is involved the definition, the goal, the form of the administration of the team. The main research for the construction of the team according to the companies'characters is both in the third and the fourth section. The third section is mainly about the construction of the team organization and the spirit. The fourth section mainly expounds the managements of the aim, the empowerment, the encouragement, the confliction and the evaluation of the team. The writer has summarized the ways of construction and management perfectly of the team in these two sections . The fifth section, analyzing a real case. In the last section, summarizing the whole main points of the paper.From the research, the writer got a conclusion which is about the condition for the best team, that is we must pay more attention to the rational and perceptual management, we must not only care about the constitution of the team members, perfectly the organization, standard the flow or progress of the work, exact the system of the team, but also the abilities for the managements of the aim, the empowerment, the encouragement, the confliction and the evaluation of the team. Meanwhile we have to build up a kind of active spirit and make sure that it is the best effective way for the best team as well.The key element of the thesis is elaborating a theory about how to make the company coorperate effectively to be the most successful one in the building business. The essential feature for the writer writing this paper is to combine the theory with practice by the experience being a project manager to make the article more pointed and operated.
