The Construction And The Management Of A Team Which Is From The Project Of The Building Operation

The competetion for the market of the building operations is gradually fierce. The fierce market makes the company reset for the inefficiency process of the management to accelerate the reflective rate. On this occasion, assembling a group of staffs who have professional knowledge, skills, ambition, creative ideas and the coorpertive spirit is the most effective way. How to build a team which can deal with the projects effectively has become the main part of the management.To base on it, I hope to show the common essentials seeking for the construction of the team work, and sum up the ways of the management to let the company utilize according to my research.In this paper, there are six sections all together. Meanwhile we have to build up a kind of active spirit and make sure that it is the best effective way for the best team as well.The key element of the thesis is elaborating a theory about how to make the company coorperate effectively to be the most successful one in the building business.
