The Research On Team Building Of Project Management In MJ Construction Enterprise

The team of project management is the main body that a construction enterprise operates project management. At present, there are a lot of problems in the team building on project management of construction enterprise, especially the medium and small-sized construction enterprises. These problems affected the building construction realization of the item target seriously.The paper analyzes and researches the practice and current situation of MJ construction company's team building of project management, then puts forward the resolving suggestions based on the problems of team building of project management in MJ construction enterprise. The author hopes that the resolving suggestions could provide some functions of directions for MJ construction company and similar enterprises in the team building of project management.The team building of project management not only needs work hard by team, but also depends on the support and indemnity of the enterprise from resources, institutions, cultures of enterprise and so on.
