A Company is a rapid development enterprise. Present, the project team is the mainmethod of it’s project Management, so the overall building level of the project team is crucialfor the enterprises. To meet the needs of the market, the company continues to explore andinnovate, and has accumulated a wealth of experience in project management. But it also hasencountered many problems, the chief of them is the building of the project team. How tostrengthen the construction of the project team, to adapt to the rapid changes in thedevelopment of the industry, is an important problem for the A Company.This paper systematically organized domestic and foreign scholars, research on teambuilding and project management. On this basis, build the analytical framework and researchfocus of this paper. In this paper, the logic is by asking questions, analyzing problems, andsolving the problem. How to build the project team of the A Company, is the researchpriorities. The paper selected the sixth North Union Station expansion project as an example.The paper took the questionnaire,the individual interviews and the expert advice as theresearch methods.
