Motivation plays an important role in the research of human resource management from beginning to end.The perfect incentive methods for enterprises play an important role in enhancing the enthusiasm of employees and improving the core competitive advantages of enterprises.Motivation is not only the basis for comprehensively implementing and implementing the strategy of human resource management,but also the scientific method of human resources.However,real estate enterprises have the same incentive to the sales staff,and there are some problems,such as lack of incentive means,single incentive mechanism and low enthusiasm for sales staff.Although the average salary of the real estate salesmen is higher,the allocation is not perfect,thus hindering the creation of the incentive environment for the elite marketing elite.At the same time,how to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the salespeople and make it full of service to the enterprise is a topic of concern for the real estate enterprises,even if it is successfully introduced and left with high quality sales personnel.This paper,taking the Beijing city construction(Hainan)Real Estate Company as a typical case,explores the current situation of the incentive mechanism of the sales personnel,and reveals the current situation of the incentive and the shortcomings of the sales personnel in the project.The incentive mechanism innovation of sales personnel can fully stimulate the initiative of salesmen and create profits for enterprises.On the basis of summarizing the previous research,and combining with the actual situation of Hainan company,through in-depth exploration and summary,with comprehensive incentive theory and human resource theory as the main theoretical basis,through the comprehensive application of investigation and interview,chart method and literature method,the motivation of Hainan company sales staff is explored from different angles.The loopholes in the mechanism have the problem of the existing incentive mechanism of Hainan company.Only through the innovative way,the salespeople can design a reasonable incentive strategy and build an incentive mechanism suitable for the current situation of the Hainan company.The purpose is to combine the incentive mechanism of the enterprise with the psychological expectation of the sales staff and create a help for the establishment of the incentive mechanism.The incentive mechanism for the development of salesmen in Hainan has laid a solid foundation for the development of the company and talents,and ultimately promotes the sustainable development of enterprises.
