| The development of the real estate industry has enabled us to have better housing conditions and leads to economic growth.The Sales Department of real estate enterprises is the core force for the company to operate steadily.Managers of real estate enterprises need to consider how to improve the enthusiasm of real estate salesmen so as to make enterprises more competitive in the market.At present,salary incentive is one of the most direct and powerful incentive methods for every employee.There are many defects in the salary system of domestic real estate enterprises,such as unreasonable salary structure and fewer welfare projects,if these problems are not solved,they will affect the efficiency and effect of internal management,weaken the incentive to sales staff,and then hinder the profit growth and long-term development of the whole enterprise.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant theory of salary incentive and the previous research status,then introduces the basic development of Z Real Estate Company,the situation of sales personnel and the current salary system of sales personnel,lately carries out a questionnaire survey and interview survey on sales personnel,and summarizes the unreasonable aspects of the company’s salary system for sales personnel:unfair job salary design,performance evaluation index is single,without considering the team performance,welfare project is too little.Based on these problems of salary,this paper puts forward some suggestions to adjust the salary composition of salesmen,improve post salary,floating salary and welfare items,in order to enhance the satisfaction of salesmen for salary,reduce their inner sense of injustice,and really improve their enthusiasm for sales work.This study will have some theoretical and practical significance,and have reference value for other real estate enterprises to optimize the salary system of salesmen. |
