With the economic development,the opening of the real estate market and the rapid growth of the number of real estate enterprises,the competition of eliminating the fittest in the industry has intensified in recent years.In order to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises,small and medium-sized real estate enterprises should strive to improve their core competitiveness,build professional and efficient human resources team,and encourage them to play an im portant role in stabilizing the staff,improving staff performance and improving the comprehensive human resources competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes Shenglian real estate company as an example,based on the incentive theory,combined with the characteristics of the industry and enterprises,analyzes the existing incentive mechanism,and carries out employee satisfaction survey and research,and finds deficiencies.In view of the problems and causes,the improvement ideas and principles of incentive mechanism are determined,and optimization and improvement are proposed from three aspects of material incentive,spiritual incentive and work incentive.At the same time,the system obstacles,personnel obstacles and cultural obstacles that may be encountered are analyzed,and the safeguard measures system is formulated.At last,the expected effect is evaluated,and the feedback mechanism is established to ensure the final goal of incentive improvement.Through the research and analysis of employee incentive mechanism,the importance of employee incentive mechanism to the sustainable development of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises is further clarified.Fully exerting the role of incentive mechanism can promote the improvement of compre hensive human resources competitiveness of enterprises and meet the needs of sustainable development of enterprises.
