With the increasing war for talent, enterprise in order to improve business performance,stand out in the fierce competition, pay more attention to the competency model links theenterprise’s core capabilities and staff expertise. In this context, how to motivate staff tomaximize the potential of the completion of organizational goals has become the problems tobe solved by human resource managers. Therefore, the enterprise rational design and effectiveimplementation of the staff incentive mechanism based on the competency model willenhance the ability to protect businesses from risk, the activation of the marginal benefit ofemployees, to provide a solid human resources and support for enterprises to achieve healthyand sustainable development, for the case study of an enterprise will also has more practicalmeaning.Firstly the paper reviewed and summarized domestic and international competencymodel theory and incentive theory, learn from past results of theoretical studies, based on casestudies to the U real estate company staff incentive problem. This article discusses the processof a combination of theory and practice, according to the competency model and incentivetheory, discusses the competency model in the application fields of employee motivation.Through the investigation, a profound analysis of a series of problems in the management ofstaff motivation, a new model based on the competency model of the real estate staffincentive mechanism, objective review the necessity of using the competency model theory,give full play to the practicality of the competency model.This thesis as a starting point to solve the practical problems of enterprises, from therecruitment configuration, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, training anddevelopment of four level, has established a set of suitable for the real estate companystrategic development needs of staff incentive system, and puts forward practicalimplementation of measures and corresponding security measures, and provides a referencevalue for the actual operation of the company.
