Since 2018,Intelligent Energy Consumption Monitoring and Management Equipment Enterprise is a specialized high-tech enterprise based on the manufacture of electrical instruments.Under the guidance of policy guidance and social concept innovation,the consumption of energy-saving management products and services is expected to continue to improve.The CD company's sales team and the problems existing in the incentive system for the sale of original products.Combining with the differences between new products and old products,this paper probes into the strategies and ideas for improving and perfecting the incentive system of the company's salesmen.In view of the deficiencies in the existing job incentive,salary incentive,welfare incentive and performance appraisal of CD company's salesmen,the lack of incentive incentive guidance mechanism for sales of new products and the construction mechanism of salesmen's echelon,the paper explores the reasons why the salary incentive mechanism of CD company has not played its due role,and proves the urgency of CD company to change in this situation.Therefore,it is necessary for the company to improve and optimize its salesman's salary incentive model,establish the incentive orientation of salesman's transformation from old products to new products,construct the mechanism of internal sales team's continuous and rapid development of fission,and promote the company's further development in the future industry competition by establishing a scientific and reasonable salary incentive mechanism of new product sales team.Consideration and prompt implementation.At the same time,it is necessary to acknowledge and accept the problem of the universality of contradictions for the enterprises in the developing stage of manufacturing industry in our country for a long time.To study and solve this problem will provide a model of salary incentive reform for direct selling team for other enterprises in manufacturing industry facing the iteration of new and old products,and it will have a certain reference significance for similar enterprises in our country.
