Human resources is a key factor in the development of a company,and the incentive is the core of human resource management,can inspire people's needs and motivation,make the person's inner power forward towards the goals.In recent years,the rapid development of the domestic real estate industry,making the industry's growing demand for talent.However,due to the lack of understanding of the real needs of the majority of Real Estate Company employees,ignoring the construction of employee incentive mechanism,leading to the company's low employee motivation,brain drain phenomenon.M Real Estate Company is a small and medium private Real Estate Company,due to the lack of incentive mechanisms to improve the scientific staff,making the company employee satisfaction is low,a serious brain drain,causing a great impact on the development of the company.This paper is based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,detailed analysis of the M Real Estate Company human resources and employee satisfaction through the questionnaire,from salary incentive,employee training,talents management and improvement measures are put forward,and the effect of the improvement measures are followed up and improved.According to the M Real Estate Company employees in-depth discussion,the conclusion of the study is helpful for small and medium sized private companies to attract and retain the talents,get more talent to lay the foundation,in order to better help the healthy development of small and medium private Real Estate Company.Hope that through the study of this paper,it can be helpful for small and medium sized private companies in the field of employee motivation.
