Study On The Financial-shared Management System Of Friendship&Appollo Co.Ltd

Continuous expansion of enterprise scale leads to many problems such as sudden increase in costs,difficulty in control,increased financial and operational risks,impact on shareholder rights to information,and the inefficiency of decision-making,which have seriously hampered the further development of enterprises.Then some large enterprises have vigorously promoted the transformation of financial functions and innovated financial management models.The rapid development and interaction of information technologies such as big data,intelligence,mobile internet,and cloud computing have supported for the improvement of corporate financial management models.Driven by the external pressure and internal demand,and supported by theoretical development and technological innovation,financial sharing services emerged as the product of financial transformation and organizational innovation.The practical experience of companies that have begun to share financial resources shows that the financial sharing management model will effectively increase financial supervision,improve the quality of financial data,the efficiency of business process,reduce management costs,and adjust the financial management structure.Based on theoretical analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis method,this paper,firstly,through reference carding and case study,divided the financial management mode into two groups,traditional pattern which subdivided as centralization,decentralization and centralization and decentralization of financial management mode,and the modern group which finance combination and financial shared management model included.Then,this paper proposed that it is reasonable and beneficial for Friendshi&Appollo Corporation to convert to financial share management,after taking the current status of operation,financial management status and information of it.Finally,this paper gave recommend to the Friendship&Appollo Corporation on the construction principles and key control point of financial sharing.To conclude,this paper aims to give reference to the Friendship&Appollo Corporation and other enterprises in the retail industry for the transition of financial management model and construction of financial-shared center.
