Research On Financial Sharing Model Of Telecom Enterprises

Along with the development of global economic,china’s local enterprises grow mostly in the form of enterprise group,In response to the competitive situation and the complex internal demand,the change of original "recorder financial " to "value of financial" is also urgent. As a product of organization innovation and the finance transformation,Financial shared services emerged. Financial shared service puts simple and repetitive financial affairs into a shared service center for processing,for example,the content of the basic financial accounting,then improves the service quality and efficiency,and improves the output quality of financial information.In this thesis,the author extensively studied the theory and literature about shared services,maked a summary about shared services’ concepts,the advantages and disadvantages,formed one scientific theory about various aspects of financial shared services,and summarized the key elements of financial shared services on the implementation,creating a successful financial shared services model,starting from these several key factors about the organization,personnel,process and IT systems launched. Then analyzed the financial shared services model of A Company Limited in the primary stage,starting from the organization,personnel,process and IT systems,analyzed the design of the financial shared services in the primary stage,summarized the value of financial shared services,further validated that the financial shared services for the financial management of medium and large enterprise is a positive and effective management;and collated the problems about current financial shared services,Then systematically analyzed the current problems,in order to solve the existing problems, proposed targeted solutions.The design of A Financial Shared Services and the practice of systematically solving problems,which will give large enterprises that is trying financial shared services model some significance.
