Research On Financial Centralized Management Of PT Insurance Company

Along with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,the insurance industry is on the track of rapid growth driven by the sustained growth of China ' s total economy.In recent years,influenced by market competition,in order to increase the profitability,many insurance companies start on the path of reform and innovation,resource integration,optimizing configuration to build even strengthen their own core competitiveness,and the financial centralized management becomes the development direction of present insurance business.In this instance,the centralized management mode gradually replaced the dispersion management system,and it closes to the strategic development of insurance company's integration.At the same time,based on the importance of financial management in enterprise management and development,financial centralized management plays an indispensable role in the centralized management system,and the financial centralized management has become the core content of contemporary insurance company centralized management.As a large state-owned insurance company,PT insurance company has rapid growth in business level and economic profit,but it faces much competitive pressure.PT insurance company has many problems in the enterprise management,especially the financial centralized management is difficult to keep up with the pace of the rapid development of the enterprise.This article mainly analyzes the PT insurance company by the following five parts,and puts forward relevant suggestions:the first part is the introduction,it expounds the background significance of this paper and its development at home and abroad.The second part is the related theory of financial centralized management,which provides the theoretical foundation for the study of the paper.In the third,it states the development situation,main structure of centralized financial management and the effectiveness of the current situation of centralized management in PT.By an analysis of the current situation in the forth part,it finds out the problems existing in the centralized financial management of PT Insurance Company.The problems are as follows: the cost approval is not in time,the results of system accounting do not match the progress of payment,handling of accounts and disbursement of funds do not follow the principle of separation,the function of financial management is not given full play,and the financial personals often miss by mistake.It puts forward some specific suggestions on the existing problems of PT insurance companies in the fifth part.
