Guorong Securities Plans To Establish A Financial Data Sharing Center

With the expansion of the assets of the securities company,the increase of business types and the increasing distribution of the region,the information provided by the traditional financial management model can not meet the requirements of the company managers in the aspects of relevance,comprehensibility and real-time,and the financial process is based on the shared service theory.Optimization and reengineering are inevitable.By summing up the defects of the traditional financial management model of the securities company,drawing on the advanced experience of foreign financial sharing,combining the theory of management organization,financial management theory and sharing service,this paper puts forward the design scheme of financial management transformation for it-the establishment of the financial data sharing center,aiming at improving the property of the securities enterprise.Management level and ensure its sustainable value creation.In this paper,the financial management mode of the national financial securities is selected as the research object,and the defects in the traditional financial management model are analyzed by the fish chart method,and the financial management mode is adjusted as the breakthrough,the financial process is rebuilt,the construction target is the guidance,the organizational structure,the business process,the staffing and the letter are taken as the guidance.The interest system is the core content and completes the design plan of the financial data sharing center.On this basis,based on information technology,from the point of view of technology,system,organization and personnel,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the financial data sharing center.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the transformation of securities companies' financial management.
