To respond to the national western development strategy,some eastern coastal enterprises have opened branches in the central and western regions.In the process of enterprise expansion,the demand for key positions is particularly strong.How to effectively cultivate talents of key positions in enterprises,improve the construction of talent echelon,improve the overall quality of enterprises,accelerate the building of learning organization,has been paid more and more attention by enterprises.The nanning branch of Foxconn technology group,as a new enterprise in the western region,faces the same problem.During the rapid development of the company,the company has higher and higher requirements for middle managers.Because the training system is not perfect,it can't effectively train the middle managers of suitable positions.The nanning branch of Foxconn technology group needs to optimize the existing middle management training system.Targeted development courses to develop middle-level managers who are competent for the job and ensure that the development process of the company is not restricted by the capacity gap of middle management talents.This is the background.First,we will study The nanning branch of Foxconn technology group training system.Through SWOT analysis of the basic situation of the company's training system,find out the existing problems,and suggest that the training system should combine the competency of middle managers to optimize the thinking.Secondly,through Delphi method,the competency model of middle-level managers of the company was constructed,and the reliability of the model was verified by the key indexes of the sample performance.Then,the whole process of training is optimized by constructing the competency model.Finally,to ensure that the training system optimization can be carried out smoothly,the author puts forward corresponding safeguard measures from the company system level and the system application level.Through the establishment of middle management competency model and reference to training system,make the company's middle management training more targeted,more effective.This system provides a guarantee for the company to cultivate middle management talents.
