Research On Business Process Optimization Of T Company's Supply Chain Based On The Petri Net

With the development of society and the popularization of information technology,in the face of complex and changeable market environment and the personalized needs of customers,market competition has gradually changed from product competition to supply chain business process.For small and medium-sized enterprises,in this competitive situation,we must change the business strategy,pay attention to supply chain management,optimize the supply chain,change the management mode,in order to better adapt to the changes in the market environment.Therefore,this paper introduces the research status of process optimization and reorganization,and introduces the relevant papers using Petri net modeling method,Markov chain method and system optimization theory,combing,analysis,modeling and optimization of t company's business processes.The following is the research content of this paper:Firstly,this paper introduces the related theories of supply chain process optimization and Petri net,which provides theoretical basis and optimization methods for supply chain process optimization.This paper introduces the origin and development process of supply chain,discusses the principles and methods of process optimization and previous research results,and gives the implementation steps of supply chain process optimization.In this paper,the definition and graphical representation of Petri nets are introduced,the characteristics of Petri nets are described,the performance of Petri nets is tested by using the association matrix algorithm,and the conflict and concurrency relationship between processes are found.Secondly,through sorting and analyzing the order flow,purchase flow and production flow of T company,the business flow of t company's supply chain is obtained.The flow chart is converted into Petri net by the method of converting flow chart into Petri net,and its performance is tested by correlation matrix.At the same time,the conflict net and synchronization net are found.Then,according to Petri net,use Markov chain method to calculate the utilization rate of each change,find the process node that can be optimized.Aiming at these nodes,information technology is introduced into T company's supply chain management.At the same time,the conflict nodes are transformed into synchronous nodes,and the non-important nodes are eliminated or combined to optimize the supply chain flow,and a new optimized Petri net is obtained.Finally,the paper summarizes and evaluates the whole work,and puts forward the shortcomings of the research and the future direction of further research.
