The Research Of Quanta Computer For Supply Chain Management

Supply chain is a modern model of company management theory combining with system,strategy,human-based,cooperate. Efficient supply chain management is an important way for improving the advantage of competition and continual development.This paper introduced the basic theory of and the analysis tooling of supply chain firstly, including SWOT analysis,IFE,EFE, then, analyzing the current trouble for Quanta's supply chain management and improvement strategy. Firstly, introducing the supply chain status for notebook computer industry, second, analyzing the problem for Quanta's supply chain management as the management of purchasing, logistic, inventory; the third, provide the solution as business process reengineering, supply chain alliance, the forth party logistic to the above problems.This study can provide the model for the similar company in the fact of improvement for supply chain management.
