With the quickening pace of global economic integration,increasingly intense competition in household appliance industry,how to in an impregnable position in the intense market competition,new profit source for enterprises,become the primary task of each big enterprise.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition and rapid change of exterior market and the internal environment of various production costs are rising,supply chain management and process reengineering become enterprise improve the competitiveness of the two kind of management mode,more and more companies began to the company's supply chain management system,so as to enhance the rapid reaction ability of the enterprise to the market,the enhancement enterprise competitiveness.Supply chain management and process reengineering this since the beginning of the two management modes,the global scholars are concerned,in the corporate world has also been vigorously sought after.For now,both the theoretical circle and corporate world,the study of the two management modes and practice is still in the exploratory stage,the rising space is very big,in the environment of supply chain management into enterprise business process reengineering,the traditional enterprise need to further expand the business process itself.Due to increased competition between enterprises in recent years,home appliance industry,home appliance overall excess capacity,for home appliances industry,\"small profit era has come,in such a market environment,home appliance enterprises competing with each other from pure competition into a comprehensive supply chain competition.In this case,for home appliances industry supply chain business process reengineering is particularly important.In this paper,according to the theory of supply chain management and business process reengineering theory as the theoretical basis,guided by the idea of JIT(just-in-time)production,through the study of the supply chain business process reengineering of X home appliance company,reduce the company cost.This article studies deeply the company's existing supply chain management mode,find out the problems,and aimed at these problems in the company,and puts forward the supply chain management ideas,methods and improvement measures for improvement.This paper will improve the supply chain management mode,establish the JIT supply chain management system;Establish JIT procurement mode,implement zero inventory production control strategy;Develop a JIT supply chain optimization.Finally,this research are summarized and evaluation in the subject,summarizes the deficiency of the study,hope to further improve in the future.This article makes every effort to realize scientific and rationalization of X home appliance company supply chain management,business process more standardized,in order to create higher profits.
