With the growth of our national economy and the rapid development of information technology,people's consumption level and way of travel have changed a lot.In 2010,Zhenjiang City put forward the concept of smart tourism on the basis of intelligent earth and intelligent city,and advocated the use of new information technology to promote the development of tourism.In 2012,the National Tourism Administration proposed that China would spend 10 years to achieve smart tourism,which will increase the construction of smart tourism as one of the important strategies for tourism development.The year 2014 was designated as China's year of smart Tourism,the "Index system for the Construction of China's Smart Tourism cities(towns)" and the "some opinions of the State Council on promoting the Reform and Development of Tourism" clearly proposed to speed up the construction of smart Tourism and improve the smart tourism system.In 2015,China's first official smart tourism platform was officially launched online on 12301.With the support of the country and the changes in the market,all parts of the country have begun to carry out the construction of smart tourism in full swing.Tourism enterprises,scenic spot and tourism management departments and tourist consumers in the whole tourism system have also begun to follow the pace of smart tourism.Traditional travel agencies can not no meet the needs of market and tourism consumers,so the transformation and upgrading of travel agencies is imminent.the paper puts forward the corresponding development strategy by summarizing,analyzing and summarizing the development practice and existing problems of the smart tourism about Y travel agency.First,it introduces the concept,system and expression of smart tourism and smart travel agency,and further introduces the development status of Smart Tourism at home and abroad.Then,it introduces the basic situation,business process,market analysis and main business of Y travel agency,and further elaborates the development status and existing problems of Y travel agency in the background of smart tourism.And then,according to the actual situation of Y travel agency,this paper analyzes the impact of Smart Tourism on Y travel agency,The Y travel agency has lost the core position in the supply chain,the single product form is impacted,the traditional sales channels of the travel agency are challenged,and the bargaining power of the travel.agency is weakened.Then combined with the smart tourism impact on Y travel agency,using the SWOT analysis method,find out the Y travel agency internal strengths,weaknesses and external opportunities and threats.The advantage is mainly embodied in the group's client resources,standardize internal management,product variety,high quality tourism services.The disadvantage are mainly reflected in the backward information construction,lack of professional talents,marketing channels of a single,low brand recognition.The opportunity lies in regional resources abundant,fair and open markets of tourism,tourist demand diversification,the elderly tourism market potential is tremendous,The threat is mainly reflected in the fierce competition in the tourism industry and the impact of online travel agencies.Finally,according to the actual situation of Y travel agency,put forward the development strategy suitable for Y travel agency:set up perfect intelligent management system,improve the overall service quality,carry out the highly efficient intelligent marketing countenneasure.
