With the continuous relaxation of visa policies of overseas countries,the opening and increasing of international routes,the increasing number of cities covered by intermodal transportation,and the convenience of consumers' access to online tourism information,outbound tourism is no longer as difficult as before.However,the traditional B2 B travel agency operation mode still cannot eliminate the distance and communication barriers between customers and travel agencies,and increases the cost and resistance of marketing activities.The transformation from B2 B mode to B2 C mode is the prominent feature of the transformation of travel agencies in the era of e-commerce.This paper takes KS travel agency as a case study,and through the analysis of this case,considers how to realize the transformation of outbound travel agency from B2 B to B2 C.This paper analyzes e-commerce,B2 B and B2 C mode by using literature research,investigation research and case analysis.The combination of e-commerce and travel agency has produced a new development mode of travel agency.It summarizes the different characteristics and advantages of B2 B mode and B2 C mode.This paper studies the motivation and value of KS travel agency's transformation from B2 B to B2 C mode,It also summarizes the theory of strategic management,the definition and characteristics of outbound tourism.On this basis,this paper analyzes the current situation of KS travel agency and the problems in its transformation process.Through on-the-spot investigation,experience and combination of relevant materials,this paper analyzes the development status of KS travel agency,and summarizes the main problems existing in the current transformation process of KS travel agency from B2 B to B2 C mode through in-depth investigation and understanding,such as issuing questionnaires,communicating with travel agency staff,etc.At last,this paper plans the overall goal and specific measures of KS travel agency transformation and upgrading based on the analysis of its macro strategic development environment and competitive environment.From the perspective of brand,service and information management,this paper analyzes the aspects that need to continue to develop in the transformation and upgrading of KS travel agency,and puts forward corresponding targeted solutions to the existing problems.This paper holds that in the process of outbound tourism,not only the introduction of scenic spots and scenic spots,but also the professional issues of visa procedures,cultural differences,trade exchange rates,financial services,etc.are involved.In these aspects,tourism consumers need travel agencies to provide for them.Travel agencies should strengthen personnel training,introduce and train more service personnel who understand these professional knowledge,and organize In the establishment of institutions,we should also strengthen the division of labor,provide consumers with a package of services,save users' time and improve service efficiency.There is still a huge space for the development of outbound tourism market.Outbound travel agencies need to formulate long-term development strategies,grasp their own advantages,so as to achieve overall development and sustainable development.The emerging Internet enterprises have grasped the huge traffic and accurate analysis of the user's consumption preferences,and can rapidly expand the market and win the trust of consumers with their strong platform operation ability and technical support.For traditional travel agency enterprises,they should integrate online and offline resources through the opportunity of B2 C transformation to achieve their own comprehensive competitiveness breakthrough and promotion.
