Smart tourism is a model of the integration of tourism and scientific and technological innovation,and has become a national development strategy of China's tourism industry.Smart tourism impact to the traditional travel service business model of the same single travel agency business model is unsustainable and therefore the traditional tourism business management mode to the smart tourism management pattern transformation.This paper is based on the theory of Smart tourism and strategic management.First of all,this paper expounds the meaning and the overall framework of the smart tourism,which lays a solid theoretical foundation.Secondly,to analyze and evaluate the macro environment of Qinhuangdao Haiyan international travel service by PEST analysis,and using the method of SWOT analysis,competitive strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats that Haiyan international travel service,to explore the development strategy in the background of the wisdom of Tourism under the suitable Haiyan international travel service.Through the analysis and discussion of the rigorous,has been on the strategic direction of the future development of Haiyan international travel service is to adopt the development and diversification of the enterprise strategy,meet the needs of tourists personalized and diversified,to achieve the maximization of corporate profits,and will itself as the national famous tourism enterprises,and strive to achieve the goal of enterprise group.Finally,the future of Haiyan international travel service development strategy puts forward corresponding safeguard measures,including funds,personnel,technology,organization and corporate culture protection,to enhance the competitive capacity of the enterprise,so as to provide theoretical basis and reference for its future development and other tourism enterprises.
