In recent years, along with the economical fast development, our country tourism inunder other industrial impetus, presented the rapid development the situation. Travelagency’s development opportunity is multitudinous, but challenge and threat coexisting.Unceasingly increases especially in the travel agency number, in the service gradualdiversification situation, how should the middle and small scale travel agency adjust,strengthens its competitive power, thus adapts the keen competition, becomes especiallyimportant. First, must be clear about the travel agency the development directiondetermines its mission, according to organization external environment and internalcondition hypothesis enterprise’s strategic target; again acts according to the strategictarget formulation corresponding operation, the management plan. Thus it can be seen,the formulation developmental strategy to enhances the travel agency overallcompetitive power is the current most urgent duty.
