With the steady development of economy and great changes in the consumption concept of the public,the tertiary industry has gradually entered the public field of vision,and tourism has become the third largest industry in the world.With the implementation of the national "13th five-year" tourism development plan,the growth of leisure time and disposable income of the people,domestic tourism continues to grow at a high speed,the international tourism market also continues to go up,the popularity of tourism consumption has become a trend.The Inner Mongolia autonomous region status position is unique,autonomous region government to strike first,actively adapt to the economic prosperity,increasing investment in tourism industry,tourism development model for the restructuring,further improve the tourism service system,Inner Mongolia tourism shows a tendency of rapid development,has become a new economic growth point of Inner Mongolia.In order to realize the rapid development of the tourism industry by leaps and bounds,the comprehensive driving role of the tourism industry in Inner Mongolia is gradually strengthened,and the opening degree of the tourism industry is constantly enhanced.For the "thirteenth five-year" to achieve the leapfrog development of tourism has laid a solid foundation.The booming development of tourism will also provide good opportunities for the operation of railway tourism special train.Inner Mongolia railway international travel agency as a professional travel agency,Hohhot railway administration group company subordinates want to tourism product homogeneity serious,price war in the fierce market competition in an impregnable position all the time,we must adapt to the demand of the market changes,as soon as possible in Inner Mongolia railway international travel service to the development of special tourism product is imminent.Based on the development of the special train,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the existing special train of Inner Mongolia railway international travel agency and finds out the existing problems.The consumer demand was analyzed by means of questionnaire,and the management resources and application ability of Inner Mongolia railway international travel agency were comprehensively analyzed by using the VRIO model.This paper discusses the development of tourism products from seven aspects: market position,market selection,product development,product pricing,product brand value building,product service upgrading and product integration and communication.Finally,the establishment of institutions and mechanisms,personnel training,optimization of the organization and operation plan as the guarantee measures for the tourism special train product strategy.Inner Mongolia railway international travel agency tourism special resource advantage is obvious,the market potential is tremendous,development of special products can help enterprise core competitiveness,and kept expanding its brand advantage,to firmly establish a brand image,maintain customer loyalty,and expand market share,finally realizes the railway international travel agency's rapid growth and sustainable development in Inner Mongolia.
