Since the Reform and Opening-up,the voice of our country is becoming more and more greater。With the third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee being held,our country insists on the development model in the "common development based on public ownership in many kinds of ownership economy".At the same time,the private enterprise have mushroomed,which grows up to the important increasing part in the national economy.However,because of the healthy tendency of the economics,many private enterprise enter to the line of enhancing economics,the SMEs(small and medium enterprises)are facing the problems of outflow of talent,cost control,the lack on capital supple.Therefore,it's urged that SMEs need to broaden the scale of operation and improve the management policy of talent.What's the meaning of human resource management?it's about that under the condition of conforming to the strategic planning of the enterprise,distribute in a planned way,maximize the enthusiasm of the staff to create value for the company,and create value for the company.Therefore,the employee incentive mechanism of the company is the most important part in the human resource management,it plays a great role in stimulating the creativity and enthusiasm on the staff,and also improves the employee's recognition and satisfaction to the enterprise.But literally,there are some shortcomings in the incentive mechanism of many small and medium enterprises,and management often neglects the improvement of the incentive mechanism.Especially some family firm,they are different from state-owned enterprises or joint-stock companies,their business mode is related to management preferences,and its staff incentive mechanism is lack of professionalism.Therefore,setting up a system which suits internal operating regulations of the company is conducive to the long-term development.This paper analysis the articles through the domestic and abroad.Firstly,it talks about the related theoretical research of incentive mechanism,which including the definition,category and significance of incentive mechanism.Secondly,it introduces the theoretical models of four incentive mechanisms,including demand level theory,incentive health theory mechanism,equity theory,and comprehensive mechanism model.It is followed by a brief introduction to the profile of the object company and the company architecture.Through the questionnaire and interview,this paper can do the whole job completely.This article interviews the executive,the head of the department,and the staff.Through the form of questionnaire and other forms to discover the company's problems in the employee mechanism,and give the relevant optimization.The development of SMEs is in full swing,and its development is very fast.While encouraging the vigorous development of the private enterprises,we should also pay attention to the internal incentive mechanism of the employees.I hope to establish a system of human motivation,which is suitable for SMEs through studying the company,and I also hope to provide better ideas for the continuous improvement of China's economic development system.
