The rapid development of science and technology and the enormous uncertainty of the market environment have made the competition for talent a key factor for enterprises to gain competitive advantages.How to more fully stimulate and mobilize employees’ work enthusiasm,improve employee satisfaction,has become an important issue that every enterprise urgently needs to explore and solve,and an effective incentive mechanism is the key.HX Company currently faces unfavorable situations such as low employee motivation,overall work efficiency,and low satisfaction,which greatly hinder the company’s further development.How to overcome this dilemma,stimulate employees’ work enthusiasm,and improve employee satisfaction has become an important challenge in front of the company.This article conducts research on the optimization of HX Company’s employee incentive mechanism from the perspective of employee satisfaction.Through questionnaire surveys and interview analysis,problems with employee satisfaction are identified.Through normative analysis,factors affecting employee satisfaction are identified,and combined with relevant incentive theories,countermeasures are proposed to further improve and optimize HX Company’s employee incentive mechanism.Firstly,based on the Minnesota Short Form Scale and employee satisfaction in the company,a questionnaire was designed from three incentive dimensions: job itself,job matching,and management system to analyze the company’s incentive status.Field interviews were conducted on the low satisfaction items in the questionnaire to comprehensively identify the problems in the company’s incentive mechanism.And combined with theory,analyze the reasons for the incentive mechanism that affects employee satisfaction.Research has found that HX Company currently mainly faces problems such as low recognition of its employees for their current work,limited opportunities for promotion,low sense of achievement,poor salary and treatment,low rationality of performance evaluation,loopholes in system construction,lack of thickness in corporate culture construction,and insufficient attention to employees’ physical and mental health.These problems directly or indirectly lead to low job satisfaction among employees,weak sense of identification and belonging to the company,and cannot effectively motivate employees to exert their subjective initiative.It is also found that the management system,job matching,and job itself of HX Company all have significant positive impacts on employees’ job satisfaction,company identity and sense of belonging.Based on the above research results,this article proposes targeted optimization suggestions from the aspects of improving the company’s management system,strengthening work motivation,and enhancing job matching,such as standardizing system construction,achieving job matching,optimizing promotion system,standardizing training system,improving the rationality of salary system,optimizing performance evaluation mechanism,strengthening corporate culture construction,and constructing employee health management system.The research conclusions have important practical guidance significance for further improving employee satisfaction,strengthening employees’ sense of identification and belonging to the company,and better unleashing employee enthusiasm,improving work efficiency,and promoting the long-term and sustainable development of the enterprise.
