Employees are the cornerstone of enterprise development, is the fundamentaldriving force of the development of the enterprise. With the improvement of marketfor enterprise product quality requirements and the shortage of skilled workcontradiction intensified, employee relationship management in the enterprise dailymanagement activities have become increasingly important. And change ofcompetition intensifying encouraged companies from external satisfaction into internaland external two-way one-way attention. Foreign enterprise marketing personnelserves as a bridge between customers and enterprises; Internally, employeerelationship management as a corporate employers and the bridge and the link betweenmanagement and employees in each layer. This two-way employee relationshipmanagement with integrating theory with practice, the combination of scientific andartistic characteristics, its influence on the development of the enterprise is broad andprofound.Based on luoyang as an example, A company by using questionnaire survey andthe comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method of A company’s employee satisfaction hascarried on the empirical research, it is concluded that A company employee for wagesand benefits, employee career development and work environment of satisfaction low,affected employees to enterprise’s overall satisfaction. In order to improve theemployee satisfaction, improve work efficiency, and maintain healthy and stabledevelopment of A company, in the specific reason for the in-depth analysis of theproblems of employee satisfaction, combined with the company’s actual situation,proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion. Mainly in terms ofincentives from the salary, benefits, fairness and timeliness to realize effectiveunification of material incentive and spiritual incentive; In the aspect of employeecareer management set up correct concept of human resources, increasing the employee’s education training, job rotation opportunities and promotion channels;Reduce noise environment in terms of working environment, increase the heat withcooling equipment.
