With the development of national economy into a new era,in the increasingly fierce market competition,human resources are regarded as the key strategic resources for the development of modern companies,but also the core force and decisive factor to promote the development of enterprises.At present,the pharmaceutical retail industry develops rapidly,and the competition in The Chinese pharmaceutical market is increasingly fierce.In the post-epidemic era,the whole industry has faced unprecedented choices and challenges.How to effectively use,retain and play the role of talents has become an important issue for the development of modern enterprises.As a leading pharmaceutical retail enterprise in the province,DYF Company has gradually emerged problems such as lack of competitiveness in compensation and welfare,lack of flexibility and diversity in training,single career development channels for employees and neglect of the role of corporate culture in its growing development process.The existing incentive mechanism of the headquarters has been unable to meet the development needs of employees and enterprises.Attracting and training talents is the core of enterprise development,management shall formulate scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism,establish a symbiosis,sharing,win-win situation with employees talent ecological system,to mobilize staff initiative,motivation and creativity,so as to improve staff centripetal force and belonging to the company,promoted the enterprise rapid and healthy development.This paper with DYF company headquarters staff as the research object,supported by the relevant incentive mechanism theory,combined with the basic situation and the company,from the salary and welfare,training,promotion,corporate culture to the existing incentive mechanism employee satisfaction questionnaire,the survey as the data basis,analyze the problems existing in DYF headquarters staff incentive mechanism.From the combination principle of fairness,objective principle,material incentive and spiritual incentive principle three clear incentive mechanism optimization principle,combined with the actual management,through innovative compensation incentive mechanism,explore diversified training system,build mufti-channel development path,strengthen corporate culture,implement store partner incentive mechanism measures to optimize Suggestions and matching safeguard measures,to comprehensively improve management level,and ability,build a efficient management team to provide thinking.
