With the deepening of economic globalization, twenty-first Century will be full of competition in the era of market economy, the competition between enterprises will become increasingly intensified. In the face of fierce market competition, China’s automobile enterprises want to survive, develop and grow, must be fully involved in the market competition. In the present era, the market competition is no longer the product and the marketing mode of the competition, the talented person competition in the enterprise competition gradually highlights, so how to attract and retain the core staff of the enterprise has become the key to the talent competition. Therefore, enterprises need to build an effective incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of all employees, so as to better retain employees and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.This paper takes W company as the research object, analyzes and studies the incentive theory, and uses the case analysis and the satisfaction survey and so on many kinds of methods to carry on the research. Firstly, this paper from the W company profiles and compensation, performance evaluation, employee training and other basic conditions, the company’s current employee incentive mechanism to extract and summarize; Secondly, using the questionnaire survey to investigate the satisfaction of employees, and find out the factors that restrict the development of the company’s incentive mechanism; Once again, this is a way to solve the current incentive mechanism in the direction of the company’s actual situation, and to solve the problems of the incentive mechanism; In the end, we put forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the employee’s motivation and the implementation and guarantee of the improvement suggestion. With the development of market economy, the demand of the employee has changed a lot, which makes the current incentive mechanism of W company can not mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, which seriously affect the improvement of organizational performance. Through this study, we find out the main problems of W company’s employee mechanism, and propose the direction of the problem, which can improve the employee incentive management status, improve the employee incentive mechanism to attract talent, retain talent, fully play the initiative, and improve the performance, promote the company’s economic benefits, realize the company’s strategic objectives. This research can also effectively promote the company’s human resources reform, and further improve the level of human resource management, to build a complete human resource management system to provide support, but also for similar manufacturing enterprises to provide reference and reference value.
