Study And Design Of The Pu'er Tea Weather Index Insurance Products

Yunnan province is an agricultural big province,giving full play to the advantages of good of characteristic agricultural industry for agricultural development has very important role in the province,the agricultural insurance has become an important tool to transfer agricultural risk,agricultural enterprises and farmers in the process of agricultural production and operation of the most popular security tools.In recent years,according to the agricultural insurance has developed rapidly,but also exposed the lack of traditional agricultural insurance itself,for example,the risk of moral hazard,adverse selection,and transaction costs,higher agricultural meteorological index insurance just can make up for the inadequacy of traditional agricultural insurance.Taking Pu'er tea as the research object,Pu'er tea is one of the world famous tea brands,Pu'er tea,Lincang,Xishuangbanna is the producing Pu'er tea,80% of Pu'er tea from the producing,Pu'er tea economic output is one of the main sources of local tea farmers income.Yunnan climate,geographical environment is complicated,however,the meteorological disasters occurred frequently,affected by a lot of influence on the growth of tea,resulting in a decrease of output and quality to drop,picking period deferred and tea tree death,etc.Therefore,the development of the meteorological index insurance of Pu'er tea is very necessary.Before design Pu'er tea weather index insurance,this paper study and comparison of domestic agricultural meteorological index insurance developmentpresent situation,theory and reality two aspects to the feasibility analysis,the theoretical feasibility using PEST analysis method of management analysis,including political,economic,social and technical four aspects,the realistic feasibility from weather index insurance product promotion path and Zhejiang tea successful case for analysis.Pu'er tea growing need for illumination,temperature,humidity and soil environment,such as combining quasi-strike-slip mainshock-aftershock area special geographical environment and complicated climate environment,field survey asked local tea farmers,found the area rainfall and temperature had the greatest influence on the growth of tea,Pu'er tea easily by drought disaster in the summer,easy in summer and autumn sounds disaster,easy to suffer from low temperature freezing injury in winter and the beginning of spring.Based on 1960 ~ 2017 in Pu'er,Lincang,Xishuangbanna three areas of meteorological data and 1988 ~ 1988 year Pu'er tea related data,with the average precipitation and extreme low temperature effect on tea yield modeling analysis,using R software,with an average rainfall of extreme low temperature as explained variable,and the average yield of tea is as explained variable,multiple regression analysis,then the fitting results are revised fitting model analysis,it is concluded that the average precipitation and extreme temperature effect on tea yield average fitting regression model,the R software output of various inspection,the final model fitting is good.Through the established model,combined with the local actual situation analysis,the meteorological disasters which have the greatest influence on Pu'er tea mainly include drought,low temperature and freezing and continuous rain.Then,the index design of these three meteorological disasters was carried out,and the index of drought disaster index,low temperature frost damage index and continuous rain disaster index were obtained.Combined with the yield data and meteorological data of Pu'er tea,the yield reduction rate of Pu'er tea was calculated and the model of Pu'er tea meteorological index was established.Through the model to calculate the insurance rates,franchise,calculate the corresponding insurance cost,then design the corresponding insurance contract,to avoid the Pu'er tea weather index insurance basis risk,analysis of the introduction of the basis riskfactors.Finally,the product promotion plan and policy supporting research are carried out.
