The GE EX-CEO Jack Welch said:"the company provides value to customers through staff, companies which want to win in competition must make every employee devote to work ". In recent years, the enterprise also begins to solve the problem of increasingly frequent staff turnover from the perspective of employee engagement, and hopes to improve product quality by improving employee engagement. Consulting industry also begins to focus on employee engagement to provide solutions to businesses.However, domestic research into employee engagement also is weak, so the research topic of this article is very meaningful.This paper firstly summarizes related theory and research on employee engagement in domestic and foreign, on the basis of literature review, constructs research model:employee engagement is divided into two dimensions as job engagement and organizational engagement, the influencing factors of employee engagement includes occupation development, compensation and benefits, interpersonal relationship, leadership and management, working environment, work itself, secondly, the use of empirical research methods, investigates A company employee engagement present situation by Gallup’s Q12questionnaire. Analysis of A company employee engagement is on the middle level. Then design the questionnaire, make reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis with SPSS13.0to research the effect of six factors on the engagement.Through empirical research, this paper draws the following three conclusions:(1) the A company employee engagement in general is on the medium level;(2)occupation development, work itself, working environment has a significant influence on work engagement;(3) interpersonal relationship, leadership and management, working environment, compensation and benefits has a significant effect on organization engagement. And according to the theory and empirical research, puts forward to improve A company’s employee engagement six Suggestions:(1) design and arrange work scientificly;(2) provide enough space of occupation development;(3) establish a sound salary system;(4) establish a good interpersonal relationship;(5) improve enterprise working conditions;(6) set up a good management system.
