Since the domestic and foreign construction market environment changes frequently,the cost advantage of the state-owned construction enterprises is rapidly weakened.As a large and medium-sized state-owned construction enterprises,Sinohydro Bureau 1 Co.,Ltd.is in a competitive,innovative and industrial transformation of the rapid development environment.Human resources are the strategic resources for the development of an enterprise.Middle-level managers are the core human resources of an enterprise and play an important role in the development of an enterprise.Although Sinohydro Bureau 1 Co.,Ltd.has been established for a long time,the middle management training project has been relatively weak.The market environment and company development require the talent,but the quality and ability of the mid-level managers can't meet the company standard.With the diversification of business areas,it continues to deepen the gap of the middle managers' quality and ability.Currently,the quality and ability of mid-level managers have become an important factor that affects the operation and sustainable development of the company.Therefore,how to promote the middle management training project has been a problem to be solved.At present,there is a lack of relevant research on the training of human resources for middle-level management personnel in state-owned construction companies in China's related fields.Based on a large number of related literature and books,relative researches on human resources training of middle managers,this paper analyzes the present situation of human resources training of middle managers in Sinohydro Bureau 1 Co.,Ltd.,and finds problems that include training funds,training system and training level.The reason is mainly due to the lack of training funds,poor implementation of training system and single training level.Through in-depth study of human resource training theory,its evolution and development,and relative training literature,combined with the current situation of the enterprise,training needs is finally formulated from three aspects: organization analysis,task analysis and personnel analysis.And design training plans in terms of training goal setting,training content setting,training course design,and training teacher selection.This paper selects reasonable training modes and training methods to ensure the smooth implementation of the training program,and using Coriolis four-level theory to evaluate the training results,thus forming a new training program for middle managers of Sinohydro Bureau 1 Co.,Ltd.These existing problems of Sinohydro Bureau 1 Co.,Ltd.do not only reflect its particularity,but also reflect the ubiquitous problems existing in China's state-owned construction enterprises.These problems hinders the rapid development of the enterprises.Therefore,it is very necessary in theory and in practice to gradually perfect the training system for middle managers.The training program proposed in this paper will help solve the problems of the middle management training in Sinohydro Bureau 1 Co.,Ltd.It will help middle managers improve their knowledge,experience,skills,quality and behavior,and optimize the middle management training system architecture.In addition,it will strengthen the training consequent of middle-level managers and enhance their overall quality.Therefore,it could support the realization of corporate strategy,and continuously enhance the company's core competitiveness.Moreover,as a state-owned construction industry enterprise,the training project of Sinohydro Bureau 1 Co.,Ltd proposed in this paper can also provide reference for other construction enterprises. |
