| With the changes of the times,the competition in the supply chain industry has become increasingly intensified.In addition,the COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the upstream and downstream businesses of the supply chain.The overall business of Haishun company has also been greatly affected.Strategic transformation has become the only choice for Haishun company.Under the new strategy,as the mainstay of Haishun’s middle managers,it is the key to the successful implementation of the strategy that the middle managers can effectively undertake the strategic goals of high-level decomposition,correctly interpret and communicate the strategy to employees,and implement the strategy efficiently,which is also a great challenge for middle managers.At the same time,how to activate the team,improve the operation efficiency of the team,better meet the needs of customers and expand new business,are also problems that middle managers of Haishun company needs to solve.These all put forward new requirements for middle managers of Haishun company.It is of great significance for Haishun to get out of the predicament,realize strategic transformation that strengthening the training for middle managers,helping them correctly position their roles,improve their thinking awareness learn management knowledge and skills,and transform their abilities into behaviors.At present,the training that middle managers of Haishun company participate in are limited,the coverage is not complete,the training content is relatively simple,and not targeted.The training form is limited to classroom lecturing,the evaluation of training is only limited to learning level,and there is no tracking and assessment of the transformation of follow-up training results,which is not conducive to improve middle managers’ abilities to implement the new strategy.Based on this,the paper analyzes the current situation of the middle managers’ training of Haishun company,dissects the problems and causes of the current training,combines the theory of action learning,Kirkpatrick Model and other theories,and tries to design a training program for Haishun company’s middle managers.The new training plan is based on the training process,starting from the training needs,comprehensively analyzes the training needs of middle managers from the levels of organization,tasks and personnel.According to the training needs,the corresponding training content is determined.At the same time,in order to facilitate the transformation of training results,project activities such as combination of internal and external training,action learning,and reading sharing are designed.In the training operation,the methods of class construction and group meetings are added to strengthen the team communication and mutual supervision.Finally,the evaluation of each activity in the project is carried out through Kirkpatrick Model.The evaluation runs through the entire training and development project to promote the middle managers to transform the learned results into behaviors and performance.And the evaluation results are used as a reference for continuous improvement of training and development activities.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth development of training and the conversion of training results,safeguard measures at the corporate culture,organization and system levels have been designed,which are combined with the training development plan to effectively motivate middle managers to actively participate in the training and apply the learning results to actual work.This study provides a practical action learning project,and a "531" reporting practice method in the transformation of training effects for middle managers.The evaluation of training effect runs through the whole training and development activities,and controls the process and effect of the whole training and development from the two dimensions of the process and the result,to ensure the effective transformation of training results,which has a certain reference significance for the training of middle managers in the supply chain industry. |
