At present,along with the time change,the domestic and foreign enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition,in the face of changing competitive situation,effects and advantages of human resources management system is gradually being recognized by the China enterprises,enterprises in an invincible position or maintain its leading position in the industry,we must seize the human resources management of the sword.As Carnegie,the steel king of the United States,said,"if my business is burned,but keep people,I will be a steel king in 20 years." This fully shows that enterprises,as the main body of the market,must attach great importance to the role of human resources.In recent years,many enterprises break through the constraints of the traditional system,carry out reform and innovation,but the overall level of human resource management has not been improved.Especially in the new period,the human resources problem of some of our enterprises become more and more important,LKK is no exception,LKK company in order to improve the level of human resource management,optimize human resources management system,comply with the strategic change,improve work efficiency,put forward the human resource management system to optimize the company's target.According to the company's current situation,combined with the trend of human resource management,we find problems and solve problems,and develop a human resource management system plan that meets the company's development needs.This paper is mainly from the current situation of human resource management system of LKK company,the current human resources management five focus problems,focuses on the analysis of existing human resources recruitment and configuration,training and development,performance management,salary management and human resources management system,starting from the question,why focus on the analysis of the problem.To establish a fair and effective management mechanism,the selection mechanism of talents,create humanized improved staff training methods and scientific evaluation system,to explore how to promote the development of enterprises through human resource management in the new period,how in the new period,to adapt to the new situation,facing the new challenges,optimize the human resource system of the corresponding.But also to take into account,the existing optimization scheme is not necessarily to implement or not be able to perfect implementation smoothly,so this time,there must be a safeguard measures to promote the optimization of human resources plan implementation,through the establishment of consensus management concept,through the establishment of the security organization,the establishment of the system of security,security,cultural construction the information system security and a series of security measures,to ensure the smooth implementation of human resources management system.The research in this paper not only contributes greatly to the improvement of the overall level of LKK human resource management system,but also provides a theoretical basis for the construction of human resource management system in other enterprises in China,and has practical reference value.
