In 21 century, business completion lies in competition between talents, accordingly in Human Resource Management. The one who take advantage of human resource management intends to be the eventual winner. A successful corporation is based on preeminent human resource management.Considering actual situation in IT business, this article brings forward problems existing in organization construction, human resource management in IT companies, and provides a series of solution advices about organization reconstruction, position definition, personnel arrangement for each department etc. From the angle of recruitment and employment, Enterprises should establish a strict recruitment system and workflow. From the angle of training, enterprises should emphasize talent education and establish an operable system of talent training and development. Performance management is an important part of human resource management. Performance evaluation system should be improved according to the actual situation in company. Efficiency of performance management can be enhanced by adopting quarter-evaluation instead of annual evaluation, linking evaluation result to other sides of human resource management. Enterprises should establish a mature salary system, discarding the old system in which salary was determined only by general manager.Based on analysis of human resource management in IT business, this article puts forward improved human resource management solution, helping to realize a reasonable organization construction, system and workflow and achieve a scientific and efficient human resource management system.
