Application Of Six Sigma Method In Project Quality Management

Six Sigma method is a quality management methodology which has been paid much attention by the enterprises recently. It has been successfully applied in many big corporations such as GE and Motorola since 1980s. From the perspective of quality management of construction project, this article analyzes the difficulty and feasibility of application in project management, and also describes the launching process in a company. At last, a practical example of "improvement the stability of working procedure" shows how to implement the DMAIC process of Six Sigma method based on statistic analysis and explains how to carry out its practically.
