| Six sigma in the aspect of quality management method is mainly draw lessons from the successful experience of the total quality management,to customers as the core of customer satisfaction theory,people-oriented modern economic management theory and so on also have different levels of absorption.At the same time,the six sigma is enterprise to improve the core competitiveness of the good way,but also a good way to solve the problem from the essence.In recent years,the six sigma quality management theory in the application of project management is increasing,to effectively achieve the project quality management has played a more and more important role.This paper first introduces the related concepts of six sigma management and project management,and then in the process of project implementation of six sigma management method of each link in detail,for the later case analysis provides a theoretical basis.Finally,according to the theory of six sigma project management in the use of G company MX150 project as an example,the practical application of six sigma theory research.This part from six sigma project execution system,the selection of project,the application of six sigma tools(measuring system analysis,failure mode analysis,will figure,Plato,etc.),the implementation of the final project is successful,and through the contrastive analysis of the key performance indicators before and after the project implementation,the six sigma project management system is obtained can effectively enhance the core competition of the modern enterprise.The author attempts to based on the theoretical study,through the introduction and analysis system of six sigma in G company MX150 project implementation,set up six sigma project management system,clear the six sigma DMAIC method in the application of specific projects and steps,in order to for the promotion of six sigma project management in the domestic manufacturing enterprises and implementation has the certain model function. |
