Under the new situation of Internet information explosion,the traditional way of centralized editing and publishing information has been unable to meet the development needs of enterprises in the new situation.It is urgent to build a comprehensive,efficient and collaborative information aggregation platform.The new platform provides multiple channels(we chat,micro-blog,LED,information publishing site,etc.),multiform(audio,video,text,etc.),to realize the efficient dissemination of enterprise information,thus promoting enterprises to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of news information publicity,improve the ability of enterprises to quickly respond to public opinion events,and adapt to the transmission of emerging media in the Internet era Broadcast mode,for the enterprise to create a respected corporate image,and create a good public opinion environment.This thesis focuses on the construction of an information system that can aggregate all kinds of information and support multi-channel publishing.It focuses on the related technologies needed to build content management platform lock,the method to improve the efficiency of collaborative work based on BPM,and the design of building related business knowledge base.The main research content is how to quickly collect key information from the source,transform it into multi-channel information,compile and publish it,and assist enterprises to form a well-organized and efficient publicity team with the help of NIAP,it provide the full online collaboration from submission,editing to publishing.It also provides enterprises with a workflow for rapid coordination and disposal of relevant public opinions.NIAP can be divided into four subsystems,involving more than a dozen news columns.Based on the China Mobile's Enterprise Information Portal Platform,workflow engine,search engine and other middleware technologies,the development of NIAP is finally completed,with the insurance of the system stability and data security.The main research process of this article can be divided into three parts:The first part,according to the previous research,based on the current business pain points of China Mobile's News promotion,an in-depth research on the background and significance of NIAP is carried out.Collect the original data in the enterprise and the status of the current information system,and then collect and analyze the current situation of the News Information Management of domestic and foreign enterprisesfrom the outside,find out the shortcomings,and formulate the research plan and goals.The second part is conducting specific analysis of business requirements,sort out the technologies and methodology needed to complete the research through demand analysis,and conduct preliminary understanding and learning of these technologies and methodology,then select technologies and methods from the learning process in combination with existing requirements.It completes the feasibility analysis of the whole system research and lays a solid technical and theoretical foundation for the later design and development.The third part is the demonstration of the whole process of the implementation of software engineering,which applies the tools and methods of selection to the process of requirements,design,implementation and testing,and the degree of practical mastery of these tools and methods is verified.The NIAP has been put into operation,and it has been well received by the company's user department.At the same time,the releasing time of the information through multiple channels has been greatly shortened,which enables people to improve their work efficiency and grasp all aspects of information publicity accurately.
