Design And Implementation Of Public Opinion Information Management System For Prefecture-level City Power Supply Company

Due to the strong industry particularity characteristics of power supply enterprises,it has attracted much public attention.Based on this background,the traditional power companies are facing the challenge from the network public opinion.Therefore,in the management of electric power enterprises,we have to think about how to guide the development of network public opinion in the right direction,and create a good environment for our own development.From the network public opinion information management angle,this paper discussed the network public opinion information acquisition,processing and management,summarized the power supply enterprise network public opinion information management flow,and combined the actual situation of power supply enterprises,designed and analyzed the Public Opinion Information Management System for prefecture-level city Power Supply Company.The system business is divided into six modules,including the classified information management,subject information management,important focus management,data report management,collection and early warning and system setting,and that runs through the whole process of public opinion information processing in power supply enterprise.Through the favoring implementation of the system,it can effectively guide the online public opinion and timely discover and deal with the problems before the impact of public opinion crisis expanded.This paper mainly completes the following work:1.For the system's business aspects,this paper deeply analyzes the system's overall functional requirements,non-functional requirements and performance requirements,and establishes the data use case models of the system function modules on the basis of analyzing and research.2.Design the system framework,complete the systematic research and development design in view of the system architecture,network topology and the working process and other dimensions,and design the system's B/S three layer architecture model,and background takes Java EE application server as support to establish three layer system mode framework and design the class diagram of the system's each function module,and carry the detailed design on the system database entity relation structure,from the public opinion's classification information,topic information,focus information and data report generation and so on to carry out the system module development work,and finally realize the all functions of the system by coding.3.Conduct research on system test related aspects,such as performance test and functional test,and the functional test results show that the system is complete and reliable,and the performance test results show that the system performance can meet the daily needs of the system.After a period of a test running,the power supply enterprise users reflect that the system operation is convenient,easy to use,and improve the daily network public opinion analysis work,and can provide the public opinion's comprehensive and related information for enterprise managers,and provide reference and decision support for the leadership and public opinion work department.
