In recent years,with the continuous development of microelectronics technology,the main way for people to obtain information from the outside world has changed from the original form of books and newspapers to a variety of display equipment,among which led display screen has developed rapidly,and LED display control technology has also been constantly improved.This paper studies the control system of full-color LED display screen,which has important application value for the development of LED display and control technology.According to the technical requirements of multi-channel gigabit network transmission LED display control system,this paper adopts FPGA(field programmable gate)with multichannel high-speed parallel processing ability Array(field programmable gate array)chip,based on the completion of hardware design,realizes the video data scaling,storage,clipping,encryption,Gigabit network partition transmission and other processing processes,and completes the LED display control system from the front-end HDMI video image acquisition to the back-end LED display shift output and display functions.This paper analyzes the great significance of image processing to the diversity of the system,designs and develops a full-color LED display control system based on FPGA,combining the advantages of FPGA with high-speed parallel processing ability.Compared with the existing control system,this system has obvious advantages in flexible image zooming,partition display and video transmission security.At the same time,on the hardware platform of FPGA,this paper designs the logic design,on-line simulation and overall verification of the overall design.On this basis,it analyzes the logic resource consumption and on-chip power consumption of video sending card and output control card respectively.The experimental results show that the full color LED display control system designed in this paper can control the number of pixels to be doubled through multi-channel gigabit network transmission,the bicubic interpolation scaling algorithm is used to support any scale,in the transmission of data flow from the sending end to the receiving end,three-level key is used to realize efficient encryption and decryption in 16 clock cycles,the system can be from 1920 × 1080 @ 60 In the video source of Hz,any 16 × 16 pixel area is selected to display the video in different areas,which provides the idea for the design of special-shaped screen.LUT(look-up table)resources of video sending card account for 32.8% of the total resources,and the on-chip power consumption is only 1.982w;LUT resources of output control card account for 36% of the total resources,and the on-chip power consumption is only 0.562 w.In conclusion,the full-color LED display control system studied in this subject has obvious advantages in system performance,flexibility and safety,which provides an important design idea for the development of LED display control technology and has good application value.
