Mobile companies have gained certain amounts of broadband Internet users thanks to the large-scale development of broadband internet service in recent years.While increasing the number of users,the workload of handling broadband faults has also surged,raises a higher demand for user perception.Under such a circumstance,an easy-to-extend and-update fault management system for broadband network with safe,reliable,and stable performance is urgently needed for routine work.In response to the needs of fault management for broadband network in company network management,a fault management system for broadband network of a mobile company has been designed and implemented in this thesis in combination with work practice using JAVA with B/S as its architecture and MVC as its design mode.The work completed is briefly introduced as follows.To begin with,the use background of the fault management system for broadband network of the mobile company was introduced.Moreover,the fault management system for broadband network of the mobile company was conducted in accordance with the current status of the network operation and maintenance fault management system in the telecommunications industry together with the actual fault management for broadband network.On this basis,fault processes and data overall interaction processes were sorted out to clarify the classification and functions of the user role in the system and determine the business logic of various functional modules in the system.Next,work processes of the fault reporting module,the fault scheduling module,the fault tracking module,the work order statistics module and the system management module were designed based on requirement analysis,so that functions of various modules can be clarified.After that,the system was implemented in an interfacial form according to the design scheme.Meanwhile,specific interface operations were also introduced.In addition,an improved K-means clustering algorithm was proposed to present the variation range of the K value.In this way,the optimized clustering effect of the spatial data set can be achieved for determining the K value and the initial centroid.Hence,the proposed algorithm can be applied to indicators such as the number of faults and the timeliness rate of fault handling,so that it can contribute to determining the similarity of fault management for broadband network in different regions,and providing data support for human resources configuration in the later fault management.At last,the function and performance of the system were tested.Based on the test result,the system was improved and finally reached the expected design effect.A fault management system for broadband network for a mobile company has been designed and implemented in this thesis in conjunction with the actual work of network management,which not only presents clear responsibilities,process traces,and data support for fault management,but also shortens the fault handling duration and improves user perception.
