Design And Implement Of Hebei Unicom’s Broadband Access Network Integration Network Management System

The mobile and broadband services are the core and can improve the China Unicorn’s ability. Developing mobile broadband internet services is the strategy of China Unicom with Keeping parallel developing of mobile broadband and fixed-line broadband services. Specially, keeping high customer occupancy and growth rate is the determinant of gainning the victory by competing with other telecom operators.Broadband network is the important infrastructure and strategic resource of national information explosion. By strengthening the broadband construction, the 3G and fixed-line broadband services can be supported efficiently. The broadband access network which we call BAN is the most important part of the whole broadband network. The BAN faces terminal customers whose feeling determines their selections under the background that the China Telecom tuned their strategy and the China Mobile began providing the fixed-line broadband services with Radio Film and Television along.The broadband access network integration management system can manage many enterprises’and types’devices centrally. The system can show the alarms and performance data integratedly, and can receive the work orders from upper system and activate the devices, and can coordinate other systems such as EMOS and 112 testing system and integration resource system.So the system can support the strategy and improve the management level and coordinate the progress and cut down the cost and promote the automatization of OSS in China Unicom.This thesis gave the design of framework and some sub-systems by analysing deeply the current condition of the broadband access network and concluded the requirements with the background of Hebei Unicom. During the designing, the principle of reusing and extensibility and component-oriented architecture was adopted. Three components which were report adapter and dynamic object management component and general report engine were designed. The function flows and data modules and some user interfaces of some core sub-systems were designed and the effect was proved by system’s normal running finally.
