With the widespread use of industrial robots in the field of industrial automation,the number of robots with various functions and types is gradually increasing.Welding robot is one of the advanced welding equipment in welding process.With the rapid development of industrial technology,some robot manufacturing enterprises not only pay attention to improving product performance,but also start to pay attention to the research and management of product reliability.The reason is that if the robot in case of failure has not been promptly found and dealt with,its work performance will be significantly reduced,and may even cause casualties.Therefore,this paper takes the PR1400 welding robot as the research object,and combining the computer and enterprise information management concept,establishes its reliability data management and analysis system with the overall goal of systematic management and reliability data analysis of welding robot.First of all,according to the current status of reliability management of the case enterprise-Nanjing Panda Electronics Co.,Ltd.,and the analysis of the problems in product reliability information management,this paper finishes the requirements analysis and overall design of the reliability data management and analysis system of welding robot,optimizes the data processing flow,and designs the corresponding database to achieve the classification of storage and statistics of the information such as the fault locations,failure modes and the failure reasons.Then,this paper researches on the key technologies involved in the system.First of all,quantitatively,calculate the distribution fitting and parameter estimation of the reliability model according to the sample data of welding robot during the fault interval and RBF neural network,and get the estimated MTBF and the expression of the reliability characteristic quantity of the product.Then,as for the qualitative aspect,the reliability evaluation of the fault parts and common fault modes of the welding robotic system is carried out,by means of gray evaluation method,and the evaluation system is established from the probability of fault occurrence,the degree of damage and the ease of detection to get the evaluation result.Secondly,the establishment process of fault diagnosis expert system of welding robot based on fault tree analysis is introduced in detail,and a fault tree is established based on a specific faulty events to conduct the qualitative and quantitative analysis,according to the logic relations,designing a fault diagnosis process based on the production rules and the framework reasoning mechanism to achieve the case of fault diagnosis.Finally,this paper presents the data management and analysis system of welding robot reliability,as well as each function module to manage the information of system users,business departments and the faulty products.
