With the development of information technology,the Internet has penetrated into life.Users have a deeper understanding of the capabilities that information systems can provide.In the construction of management information systems,users have more ideas about the functions of the system and have higher expectations for the functions realized by the system,which makes the development system cannot complete the software development work as the initial requirements.However,demand changes frequently and gradually became the norm.Thus the R&D process model of waterfall gradually becomes difficult to adapt to changes,and it becomes very slow in responding to changes,resulting in a rapid increase in R&D costs.This paper conducts research on how to deal with the rapid growth of R&D costs,and thus to control R&D costs.We used the Scrum framework to achieve an agile transformation,and we implemented the standard process of the scrum and made a series of improvement measures.In the implementation process,by improving the content written on the sticky notepaper of the task board of scrum,the real-time progress of specific tasks could be seen from the task board.We created a dynamic packaging team mode to stably output sprint results and reduced the number of work-in-progress in the sprint.We improved the task board,added summary column,blocking column,and Will-Be-Done column to adapt to the task status.By using KANBAN to view all the items in the project,we can see the value flow of the entire project in time.In KANBAN,we can clearly see the progress of user stories,external to-do items,production feedback defects,and other items in the software development process.KANBAN supplemented the failure of Scrum to control the project process and achieved full process control of the project.We applied an agile technology practice named Dev Ops to achieve automatic compilation and deployment,unit testing,and code quality inspection,and so on,and thus to saves the engineer's time which could help them to focus more on the development to get more capacity.By using the scrum framework,KANBAN method,and Dev Ops technology,we implemented agile processes to improve the development capacity,reduce the frequency of changes in demand,and control the R&D costs.
