Digital museum is a new concept that comes with the development of information technology and the continuous expansion of its application field in the work of cultural relics museums.Among them,"education" is continuously concerned as the social function and main task of digital museums.In addition,youth education is related to the inheritance of culture and the development of future society.The digital museum should place youth education in an important position and use its resource advantages,communication advantages and interactive advantages to carry out distinctive youth education.Inspired by this research,based on the investigation of typical digital museums in Guangzhou,an attempt was made to establish a digital museum youth knowledge communication ability evaluation system to more accurately and reasonably evaluate the specific performance and communication function of digital museums in youth education.First of all,through the study of related literature,it clarified the development of the digital museum in Guangzhou.Its digitalization process is continuously evolving on the basis of government policy support,establishment of industry standards,and the museum 's own efforts.The resources and technology are enormous The breakthrough also laid a solid foundation for the implementation of digitization in the museum.On the basis of participatory observation and questionnaire survey,the necessity and great significance of establishing a digital museum youth assessment system were discussed from three aspects: lack of technical standards,consolidation of the dominant position of youth and promotion of knowledge.Then take a number of typical digital museums in Guangzhou as research objects,combined with "mass media communication evaluation model","social organization communication evaluation model","national level museum operation evaluation index system","nonprofit organization performance A deconstructive analysis of the " evaluation model " to refine the index factors associated with youth knowledge dissemination,which was initially established to include " pre-evaluation: before knowledge dissemination "," mid-term evaluation: in the process of knowledge dissemination ",and " late evaluation: knowledge dissemination The "post-" threedimensional communication power evaluation framework.Emphasizing the research method of in-depth interviews,interviewed fifteen digital museum managers and researchers,and based on the coding of the interview text,initially constructed a digital museum youth knowledge dissemination evaluation model,and through level analysis The method determines the specific weight of each indicator.The model includes two qualitative and quantitative indicator systems.The qualitative system includes 9 first-level indicators and 28 second-level indicators.The first-level indicators refer to the "communication subject: digital museum" and "media platform publicity" in the early stage of communication;the "dissemination of content,scientific and cultural knowledge," "technology use," and "youth participation process" in the middle stage of the communication;"" Youth Audience Feedback "" Communication Goal Achievement "and" Social Impact ".In the quantitative system,there are 6 first-level indicators and 10 second-level indicators.The first-level indicators are: "Propagation subject: Digital Museum" "Preliminary media platform promotion" "Dissemination of content,scientific and cultural knowledge" "Technical use" "Later Follow up reports "and" youth audience feedback ".The establishment of a "Digital Museum Youth Knowledge Communication Evaluation Model" provides a reference index system for digital museums in the education of young audiences,knowledge communication and services.It can not only provide a scientific and objective assessment of the current communication status,but also On the basis of this,the ultimate goal of promoting construction through evaluation and reform is achieved to provide external motivation and system support for the development of digital museums in youth education.
