Design And Implementation Of Communist Youth Yeague Members Of Village Evaluation System Based On Java

The situation that rural youth at work take administrative village as a major concentration has been broken.It is increasingly widespread that the labor transfers among industries and region.With the expansion of the floating member of the Communist Youth League of China,there has been a sharp rise in the number of the members.It has become a new topic for Township Committee to manage the League members especially the floating members.Traditional Youth League Committee worked with a large amount of data information.There were many complex problems in the process of information collection and arrangement.Relying on manual operation,it had spent a lot of manpower and material resources to deal with the information inputting,querying and correcting.The design of a township League member evaluation system will benefit not only the League committee staff,but also the vast number of the League members.The system will save time and improve work efficiency.According to the characteristics of the actual township management,this system has made detailed analysis on data content,data control,and data flow of the internal management process based on the full investigation and analysis on the existing processes of the Township Youth League Committee.The system is designed by using the idea of software engineering development and design,including system architecture design,functional structure design,database design,and detailed design.The system chooses Java language as the programming language,and has completed development based on Spring3 and Hibernate,the ExtJS framework technology.This system has realized three main functions including the news release,the League member information management and recommendation the excellent to join the party.The part of news release consists of the latest developments,policies and regulations,organization structure,speech of the leaders,brief introduction of the Communist Youth League,service guide and event composition.The part of League member information management consists of the information management by township administrator and information management by League branch administrator.The part of recommendation the excellent to join the party is composed of an independent online test module,it tests for excellent League member.This system has already completed the development,and the test run is well.It can make the township League committee affairs quick and efficient,unified,convenient,and operated simply,safely and accurately.The system has accomplished the set target,and been able to meet the requirements of daily township League committee affairs.It has a certain popularization value.It can not only greatly improves the satisfaction rate of township League organization affairs,but also saves a lot of manpower and material resources,standardizes and optimizes the work process of the township League management.
