This paper mainly studies the hierarchical structure and response time of supply chain systems.The hierarchical structure analysis of supply chain systems can provider a deeper understanding of the functions of each component of systems and quickly locate the risk generating links in the operation process of systems.The response time analysis of supply chain systems can improve the utilization of system resources and guarantee the delivery time of products to the end users.Therefore,it is a significant work to study the structure and performance of supply chain systems.This paper adopts mainstream formal methods to study and analysis supply chain systems from two aspects of hierarchical structure and response time,and conducts performance modeling and analysis for a kind of manufacturing supply chain system.The main research contents include the following three parts:Firstly,the hierarchical structure analysis of supply chain concurrent systems.This paper presents a hierarchical structure analysis method for green supply chain systems.This method uses Petri nets to formalize green supply chain systems,reveals the hierarchical structure of green supply chain systems by processing the incidence matrix corresponding to the Petri net model,and generates performance evaluation process algebra(PEPA)model can represent this hierarchical structure,so as to show the overall structural characteristics of systems and the structural characteristics of each internal subsystem more directly.On this basis,we take the green supply chain system of automobile manufacturing industry as an example to elaborate the realization process of the hierarchical structure analysis method of green supply chain systems proposed in this paper.Secondly,the response time analysis of supply chain concurrent systems.This paper presents a response time solution method for supply chain systems based on service process sequences.The response time of supply chain systems refers to the total time required by systems to complete a certain business,while the service process sequences refer to a series of actions that must be performed by systems to complete a certain business.This method uses PEPA to formalize supply chain systems,and obtains the service process sequences between specified actions by processing the action matrix corresponding to the PEPA model.According to the obtained service process sequences,the response time of supply chain systems is solved and analyzed,which is conducive to improving the work efficiency and resource utilization rate of systems.On this basis,we take the supply chain system of Dell as an example to elaborate the realization process of the service process sequence acquisition method of supply chain systems proposed in this paper.Finally,the performance modeling and analysis of a kind of manufacturing supply chain system.This paper presents a performance analysis method for supply chain systems based on response time.This paper uses PEPA to formalize supply chain systems.Combined with the obtained service process sequences,the stochastic simulation method is adopted to evaluate the performance parameters of supply chain systems,and the influence of different factors on these performance parameters is analyzed,so as to provide guidance for the design and improvement of systems.On this basis,we take a kind of manufacturing supply chain system as an example to elaborate the realization process of the performance analysis method based on response time of supply chain systems proposed in this paper.
