Efficient fixed assets management information system is very important for a traditional automobile manufacturing enterprise which has been continuously producing automobile products for many years,especially the main car factory in the wave of digital transformation.For the joint venture main vehicle factory with mature supporting data management software and management system system,it is very important to fully integrate and utilize the existing information tool system,management experience and development cooperation resources,so as to optimize and realize the use experience of the management personnel in the grass-roots business.A fixed assets information management system that can connect the grass-roots managers with the competent departments and financial departments is related to the production efficiency,the value utilization of fixed assets,as well as the establishment planning and work arrangement of fixed assets management personnel in the organizational structure.Through combing and summarizing the corresponding demand and current resources,it is planned to introduce RFID(radio frequency)Identification(identification)technology,using RFID technology at a specific frequency,can optimize and realize the existing fixed assets management information system which costs a lot of manpower.This idea comes from the background of automobile manufacturing enterprises pursuing more and more stringent requirements for lean production,strict control and optimization of personnel allocation It can improve the work efficiency and cost control of the enterprise immediately.Based on the original management regulations,tools and cost investment,this thesis studies how to optimize and realize the fixed assets management information system with high informatization and moderate automation.The demand should be able to manage three different regions and five factories,and manage more than 20000 kinds of fixed assets.By using the common B/S mode,namely browser/server/(Browser/server)structure,users can interact with the application server deployed in the enterprise through the browser of office computer.The difficulty lies in the particularity of fixed assets,which mainly focus on professional automobile production equipment,materials,tools,etc.,and the special wireless environment restrictions of factory production workshops.At the same time,it is also necessary to take into account the daily work style of fixed assets.The innovation point is to select the appropriate RFID tags and integrate them into the system.The types of tags should be less,and they should be able to cover all scenarios.The identification performance of PDA(personal digital assistant)with handheld reader should be up to standard.I am mainly responsible for the selection of RFID tags and subsequent testing and verification,and complete the optimization and implementation of the system together with the project development team.The system is used in the fixed assets management activities of the main car factory,which mainly includes data maintenance,printing management,asset inventory,system management,help and other modules.The main features are as follows:1.The efficiency and work intensity of on-site verification and collection of fixed assets information have been significantly improved,and the accuracy and timeliness of asset management have also been greatly improved.2?It can effectively simplify the work difficulty,such as saving a lot of personnel investment and time cost in the process of fixed assets inventory.3?Through the operation summary of each business department,we can analyze and mine the continuously acquired asset data,and provide quantitative decision-making suggestions in time,which can be refined to specific amount.On this basis,with the maturity of Internet of things technology,for example,after the construction technology cost of industrial Internet has been reduced,we have mastered the development process and ideas,accumulated relevant technical experience,and can be popularized and used more quickly.We should give full play to the favorable influence of digital transformation on traditional manufacturing industry.
